Unfortunately I have identical symptoms with both routers.
Bell HH300 in the basement > Managed Switch > ASUS RT-66NU router. I’m gonna see if I can tweak the 2.4ghz or just shut it off and keep it at 5ghz. Thing is the other wifi devices don’t like the 5ghz I’ve got going for over 2 years now. I’ll see how the wifi devices will do it connected to the 5ghz channel from the HH3000 hub itself.
