ASUS Customer Service. My complaint is in regards to the quality of customer service I received for repairing my ASUS monitor. To provide some background, I had noticed slight distortions in the audio coming from the left speaker approximately a month ago. Talked to Asus customer service and they told me to update drivers. That didn’t do any trick. Then finally they agree to service my track pad. Sent it back and received it with a note that it was hardware issue. Now in less than 3 months time it’s gone same again.

I contacted ASUS asking for a method of purchasing a new one, next thing you know they ship one out to me free of charge when importing one would have been 50+ dollars.
