i get a diagostic message that says "secure link to itunes failed". why. Most of this is over my head. when I run the itunes diagnostic i noticed this message: Firewall Information Windows Firewall is on. iTunes is enabled in Windows Firewall. Connection attempt to Apple web site was successful. Connection attempt to browsing iTunes Store was successful.
